The Westfall Board of Education met in regular session on Monday, July 25, 2005 at
6:30 p.m. in the elementary school library. Mr. Jay Wippel, Mr. Larry Carfrey, Mrs. Peg
Reiterman-Seus, Mrs. Laura Strittmatter, and Mr. Thomas Timbrook were present.
It was moved by Mrs. Reiterman-Seus, seconded by Mr. Timbrook to adopt the
agenda for the July 25, 2005 Board of Education Regular Meeting as presented.

It was moved by Mr. Timbrook, seconded by Mrs. Strittmatter to approve the
following consensus items.
1. Approval of the Board of Education minutes for the regular meeting on
June 27, 2005
2. Donations
a) $1,000.00 from Wal-Mart to the Athletic Facilities Improvement
Fund
b) $ 275.00 from Cooke and Jeanne Metzger to purchase a bench
for the elementary memorial wall
c) $ 275.00 from Jay and Marci Wippel and family to purchase a
bench for the elementary memorial wall

breakfast, rummage/craft bazaar pending availability.
